Где осуществлялся качественный подбор, индивидуальная подготовка и штучный выпуск каждого офицера Военно-ветеринарного профиля, для укомплектования соединений, частей и учреждений Министерств и ведомств силового блока Российской Федерации. Подобных учебных заведений в мире не существует, где на каждого обучаемого приходилось до 14-17 различных специалистов профессорско-преподавательского состава, прикладных дисциплин и направлений.
